Hi! I’m Camille Flournoy!

Nice to meet you! I’m a certified coach through the Institute for Coaching Mastery (2025), a middle school teacher of ten years, and the founder of Syringa & Pine Creative.

My path to coaching wasn’t a straight line. I went through experiences that cracked me open and challenged me to completely rewrite my story of love — beginning with how I loved myself. I realized I could no longer live by default or for others’ expectations; I needed to build a life that felt like my own.

At the same time, I was navigating the very real weight of classroom burnout as a full-time teacher. I noticed I was giving so much to everyone else that I had nothing left for myself. That season pushed me to start creating art, open my first small business, and most importantly, begin setting boundaries that honored my mental health and my joy. I started checking in with my body, saying no when I needed to, and discovering that living my life for myself wasn’t selfish — it was necessary.

That’s what led me to coaching. I became certified through the Institute for Coaching Mastery in 2025, training in tools that blend mindset, somatic awareness, and intuition. Today, I specialize in helping people move through the same turning points I’ve walked: burnout, relationships, life transitions, and reconnecting with intuition.
