This website is operated by Syringa & Pine Creative (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this site and/or purchasing or participating in any of our offerings—including coaching, workshops, retreats, memberships, and digital programs—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the site. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or engage in our offerings.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1 – Services & Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have obtained the necessary consent from a parent or guardian.

You may not use our site or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 – General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services, coaching materials, or content without our express written permission.

Section 3 – Accuracy of Information
Information shared on this site or in our services is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we make every effort to provide accurate and current content, we cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Any reliance on this material is at your own discretion and risk.

Section 4 – Modifications to Services and Pricing
We may adjust pricing, availability, or the format of our services (including workshops, retreats, and coaching programs) at any time without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of services.

Section 5 – Programs, Events & Coaching Services
Some offerings—including coaching programs, workshops, retreats, and memberships—are available exclusively online, while others may be offered in person. Spaces may be limited.

Descriptions, schedules, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline participation or remove individuals from programs if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful.

Please note: Coaching, workshops, and retreats are not a substitute for medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes.

Section 6 – Payments & Billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or registration at our discretion, including instances where fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Section 7 – Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service:

  • 1:1 Coaching Packages – All sales are final once your contract is signed. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.

  • Workshops, Circles, & Events – Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be transferred as credit toward a future event. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

  • Retreats – Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments and cancellation deadlines are outlined in the retreat’s participant agreement. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all retreats.

  • Digital Products (courses, downloads, challenges) – Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By registering for any program, retreat, or service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Section 8 – Payment Plans
If you register for a service using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access to services until the account is brought current.

Section 9 – Third-Party Tools & Links
We may offer access to third-party tools, platforms, or resources. We do not monitor or control these third parties and are not responsible for their terms, practices, or content.

Your use of third-party tools or links is entirely at your own risk.

Section 10 – User Contributions
If you share comments, testimonials, creative submissions, or feedback with us, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and publish such materials (with respect for confidentiality in coaching agreements) for business and marketing purposes, without obligation to compensate you.

Section 11 – Intellectual Property
All content provided by Syringa & Pine Creative—including but not limited to coaching materials, digital downloads, workshop guides, retreat workbooks, and website content—is the intellectual property of Syringa & Pine Creative and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell these materials without express written consent.

Section 12 – Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through this site or services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or services:

  • for unlawful purposes,

  • to infringe on intellectual property,

  • to harass, harm, or discriminate,

  • to spread false or misleading information,

  • to introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt service.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

Section 14 – Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Coaching, workshops, and retreats offered by Syringa & Pine Creative are for personal development and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, mental health counseling, legal advice, or financial guidance.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that coaching, workshops, or retreats will meet your personal expectations or desired outcomes.

You acknowledge that all personal decisions and results are your responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syringa & Pine Creative and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services or website.

Section 16 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syringa & Pine Creative, its affiliates, and team members from any claims or demands made by third parties arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

Section 17 – Force Majeure
Syringa & Pine Creative shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, pandemics, acts of government, labor disputes, technical failures, or other events outside our control. In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule, adapt, or cancel services as necessary.

Section 18 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.\

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided, you agree that such matters will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Section 19 – Mediation & Arbitration
Before pursuing formal legal action, both you and Syringa & Pine Creative agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation in Twin Falls County, Idaho, using a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter shall then be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Twin Falls County, Idaho. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party will bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Section 20 – Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
