All jewelry pieces are intended for final sale. As such, I do not accept any returns at this time. 

Exchange:
UNDAMAGED items may be exchanged for in store credit ONLY.  If you desire to exchange an item, it must be done so within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded in STORE CREDIT ONLY once the item has been received. From that point, store credit must be redeemed within 14 days. You will receive this in the form of a gift card via email, within 24 hours after item has been received and processed., so please make sure to keep an eye on your inbox. 

If item arrives damaged/or is lost/stolen, sender is fully responsible for the item. Sender is responsible for shipping costs back to S+P to exchange item.

Please ensure that you read all listings carefully and double check all finger/wrist length/width sizes. If you have any questions about a listed item, please feel free to reach out to me. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

All sale items are final sale. All custom orders are final sale. 

I make all pieces entirely by hand, from the creation of the frame, to the setting of the stone. All products are released in small batches every month or so. Dates + times of release are announced here on my website and Instagram. Everything I have for sale will be listed here on my website, so if the item you are looking for is not available, it has most likely been sold out. 

Custom pieces are at my own discretion, depending on the outcome +and design desired. I DO NOT accept customs for replication of other artists' work. As such all customs created by S+P are my own creation and designs.

The best way to find your ring size is to stop by any local jewelry store and simply ask them to measure your finger(s) to determine your size. You also can bring a ring that you know fits well and have them measure it (this works great if you're buying a ring for someone else!) If neither is possible, you can use the following website: http://findmyringsize.com.

Be aware however, that results from this website may not be as reliable as a professional jeweler's measurements. 

Made to order rings are the size that you specify at checkout. I cannot resize rings that are already created. Please make sure you double check your ring size before ordering a piece from me!

All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days once full payment has been received. I have two options for shipping, economy + standard. Economy generally takes 5-8 business days + standard takes about 3-4. You may choose which one you prefer at checkout. All items will ship through USPS and will be given a tracking number. Please double check all addresses when completing an order. 

If your item arrives damaged, proper documentation must be submitted in the form of photographs to show the damage. You can email this along with your request to syringapinemetal2021@gmail.com and I will assist you from there.

Once your package has been shipped, S+P is not responsible for any lost packages. If your item is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office. They will be able to help you in recovering or refunding the item.

My pieces are made using .925 sterling silver unless otherwise noted.

Stones that I use in my process differ from collection to collection.  All of my stones are sourced from small independent cabochon cutters. Due to the nature of various stones, some of them will wear down over time. Please be aware of this when you are wearing your jewelry during more intensive extra curricular activities such as rock climbing, biking, swimming etc.

To help ensure the durability of your piece, I suggest removing it during any activities that may involve water (such as swimming/hot tubbing/showering/hand washing etc.), working out and when sleeping. This will help ensure the longevity of your piece.

Over time the silver on your piece will oxidize naturally, so I suggest using a Sunshine Polisher cloth to help keep it clean. I include a polishing cloth in your initial order to help with this upkeep. Be cautious when storing your jewelry next to other metals that contain a different base. I suggest storing it in the original packaging. 

Due to the nature of each stone,  some wear will appear over time. The extent that this occurs will differ with each stone. This is due to each cab's individual porosity and strength.
